SCCK is governed by a Board of Trustees who provide oversight and strategic direction. The Trustees meet quarterly, or more frequently in the case of an emergency.
The Senior Management Team (SMT) comprises Executive Director, Programme Director and Project Officer. They report to the Trustees, and meet monthly, or more frequently as any occasion demands.
The Programme Director is in charge of day to day oversight / running of the Programme, and does this through liaison with the various heads of projects and departments.
Spurgeons Academy is staffed by a team of 25 personnel, including head-teacher, senior teaching team, social worker and other support staff. The current staff list can be found here
